Innocentrix assisted the National Intellectual Property Management Office (NIPMO) to develop the NIPMO Technology Transfer Best Practices Manual, to provide existing and emergent Offices of Technology Ttransfer (OTT) with best practices and standard guidelines that can be utilised to setup, improve, capacitate and sustain them.

Institutions planning the establishment of an OTT may use this Manual as a guide to setup efficient and effective technology transfer structures. Existing OTTs may utilise this Manual to assess their business operations, identify weaknesses and/or challenges and develop appropriate solutions.
