Project Description

Innocentrix was appointed as a consultant for the implementation of an innovation scheme in Umgeni Water. The project scope of work included the delivery of an Innovation Scheme Management plan, an Innovation Scheme Implementation Plan, the Role-out of the Innovation Scheme Implementation Plan, Measurement, Monitoring and Continuous Improvement of the Innovation Scheme, Support and Training , and a Handover process.
