Project Description
In 2014 MultiChoice Africa embarked on an innovation drive and subsequently developed an innovation management system for internal use by the company called “ThinkTank”.
MC Africa contracted Innocentrix to deliver innovation services in support of the innovation drive and roll-out of the ThinkTank system across Africa. Innocentrix delivered the following activities:
- Assistance with the Innovation system pilot in Botswana
- The design of an Innovation Communication and Engagement Framework for MC Africa
- Innovation leadership orientation sessions in support of the pilot programme
