PAYMENT
The organisers reserve the right to refuse admission unless proof of payment is received by our offices prior to the event.

EARLY-BIRD SPECIAL OFFER
The discount is only available until 31 March 2016 for registrations confirmed and paid for before the end of business on that day.

TEAM SPECIAL OFFERS
Discounts for teams only apply where the delegates have registered simultaneously.

SMME & STUDENT SPECIAL OFFER
Discounts for SMMEs and Students only apply where the delegates are able to prove that they are either employing less than 5 people (SMME) or are studying full time (Student). The organisers reserve the right to enquire to verify proof.

CANCELLATIONS
For cancellations received in writing more than 8 weeks prior to the event a 50% refund will be given. Thereafter the full fee is payable.

SUBSTITUTIONS
Registered delegates may be substituted at any time prior to the event at no charge. Please notify our offices in writing.

CONFIRMATION
All registrations will be deemed confirmed and subject to these terms and conditions.

In the event of unforeseen circumstances the organisers reserve the right to change the date and/or venue.
